King Luxury Suite with private hot tub. Do yourself a favor and spend the money. I couldn't be happier with the room, as well as the property. Was so enjoyably better than I expected.
Service was mediocre as it seemed the attendant was either new or unskilled but she was friendly and attentive. I wish I could take better advantage is sales and promotions as they don't seem to be at the main site, it's listed that you must call and ask which I don't appreciate. My bath was wonderful though and the price during the promo was more than reasonable.

The soaking pool was good. It is a small indoor pool. Nice warm water and the water made the body feel refreshed. However the attendant who was suppose to be there and later arrived was rude and unprofessional. She made the relaxing experience more stressful. Customer service on her part is lacking. It is a nice pool and kudos there. It is clean but a bit run down and could be improved. I give it a low rating due to the employee attendant. I won't go back as staying is costly for what it is. It could be a fantastic place. The scenery is beautiful and should utilize that to its fullest.
